Anglo Pacific is looking for a dynamic, target-driven individual with a passion for sales, to join the team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging in enquiries, following a consultative sales process, and advising customers on all aspects of their removal.  

This job role will suit someone who is an effective communicator both internally and externally, and who is keen to achieve sales goals. You must also be able to priorities and manage your workload efficiently in a highly pressurised environment.  

Key Responsibilities:  

As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:  

Costing and profitability 
  • Accurately costing removals, ensuring profitability for each job.
  • Taking our customers requirements into consideration when costing their removal. 
Surveys 
  • Conducting detailed virtual or in-person surveys with customers to assess their removal requirements.  
Operational coordination  
  • Liaising with customers on operational matters, such as confirming job schedules and property accessibility.  
  • Ensuring a seamless handover to the International Move Manager.  
Problem solving  
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.  
  • Contributing to a positive and solution-orientated workplace.
