    Dear Mary, Yes, indeed, the clock did arrive. I’ve now unpacked it and, as far as I can tell, it arrived in perfect condition. Thanks to Anglo Pacific and you for assuring its safe passage. I love all of the original features of the clock: its iron back plate, its ancient patina, the “funny face” engraving on the fret, the original verge escapement, the original alarm disc, the original doors with their intriguing cut-outs to permit the pendulum to swing freely and the nicely engraved decorations and name on the dial. Buying a clock such as this, at what for me is a significant price, was a risky undertaking, especially since I have not dealt with Brian before but I couldn’t be more pleased with the clock. Thanks to both of you, Mary and Brian, for making all of this possible.

She has been not only professional, but kind and heart felt. I contacted your company to have items shipped to me in the United States by recommendation of a friend in Scotland. My father died unexpectedly, and I needed to get the items he left to me to my home in America. Ms. Morrison has been my contact since the beginning, and has shown professionalism, grace, kindness and even humor. I'm sure he scratched his head at what I had put together and repacked it for me, giving me advice all along the way.     I'd like to pass on my gratitude to you all for making our move to Australia so stress free. The container arrived yesterday morning 7 WEEKS since it left our home in Kirkcudbright. It must be an all time record. From our first meetingI wit Dudley I knew that at no point would Anglo Pacific let us down. The support I was given over the phone and by email from everyone in the Glasgow office was fantastic. The way the insurance was explained to me by the Irish spoken guy, the constant help yourself, Pat and Laura gave me when I was trying to fill in the forms and the three guys lead by Ronnie was all round great. The guys who delivered the container yesterday morning were equally helpful. I took a picture of them to send to you to show Ronnie etc their Australian counterparts - they enjoyed a cup of coffee but declined the bacon butties, this can't be said for Ronnie and the gang. I'll get the picture to you as soon as can. I will recommend the service I have recieved from Anglo Pacific to everyone I come across that asks the question who did you ship with. A first class service from beginning to end.
