We are looking for a skilled and motivated Baggage Delivery Driver to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
As a Baggage Delivery Driver, your responsibilities include:
Looking after yourself, your vehicle and our customers goods
- Driving your vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conducting daily checks on your vehicle.
- Reporting any accidents to the vehicle or its load promptly.
- Liaising with customers regarding the placement of their effects.
- Unpacking the customer’s goods when required.
Financial transactions
- Collecting and depositing cash as required.
- Notifying and liaising with office staff regarding any payment problems.
Inventory management
- Sorting, weighing and measuring customer effects.
- Stowing goods with bays, pallet boxes, or other suitable locations.
- Creating a packing inventory when required.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous experience in removals, however this is not essential.
