Key Responsibilities:  

As a Baggage Manager at Anglo Pacific, you will:  

Provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage customer service activities for Anglo Pacific’s baggage clients.  
  • Answer phone calls from customers and potential customers.  
  • Respond to enquiries.  
  • Ensure quotations are sent out within a desired timeframe.  
Motivate your team
  • Recognise training needs and implement appropriate training.  
  • Manage and motivate department staff, ensuring induction training is carried out for new hires.  
  • Maintain records of staff absences and holiday requirements.  
  • Maintain training records, such as the sales training manual.  
Handle documentation and information
  • Pass correct information to other departments within the business.  
  • Ensure invoices are issued on time.  
  • Enter necessary information onto our computer system.  
  • Keep country guides or information sheets up to date.  
  • Approve supplier invoices.  
Monitor competitors
  • Monitor competitor information wherever possible.  
  • Recognise potential marketing or PR opportunities.
