Key Responsibilities:
Baggage warehouse control of day to day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files.
Provide outstanding customer service
- To administer all operational paperwork, file and control of necessary documents
- Update company database and/or computer system on a day to day basis as necessary
- Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships
- To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
- To complete all reports and distribute accordingly
- To assist in the operational department when required
- Varied administrative duties when required
- To communicate with the Warehouse Supervisors
- To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment
- Warehouse and road crew duties as required
REQUIRED: You must be a qualified Forklift truck operator.
