Key Responsibilities:
As a Removals Move Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring customer service excellence
- Assisting with customer service activities, and providing exceptional support to our customers.
- Ensuring surveys align with client arrangements.
- Answering phone calls from customers and taking enquiries.
- Demonstrating sales experience, through closing and negotiation skills.
Operations efficiency
- Issuing customer quotations promptly.
- Offering our comprehensive services to all customers.
- Ensuring profitability on each job.
- Efficiently prioritising and managing a large number of job files at a time.
Smooth coordination
- Liaising with customers on operational matters.
- Ensuring the customer’s removal plans and schedules meet their specific requirements.
- Assist other staff in the department, maintaining a collaborative work environment.
- Remaining organised whilst paying close attention to detail.
