We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, as a Removal Consultant and play a crucial role in supporting our Removal Managers across various parts of the Removal Department.
This job role will suit someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and who enjoys working amongst a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Removal Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Customer centric approach
- Assisting removals customers with enquiries and providing excellent customer service throughout the removal process.
- Engaging with customers to understand their removal requirements and delivering personalised solutions.
Administrative tasks
- Entering all relevant information into the computer system.
- Answering phones and taking enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to removal managers, including handling documentation and ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
Team collaboration
- Assisting staff within the removals department.
- Working alongside removal managers and other team members to streamline processes and enhance the overall department efficiency.
Problem solving
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.
- Contributing to a positive and solution-orientated workplace.
