Key Responsibilities:
As a Trade Salesperson at Anglo Pacific, your duties will include:
Establishing connections
- Nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and creating connections with potential clients seeking removal or shipping services.
Costing and quoting
- Crafting accurate and timely removals and shipping quotes, showcasing your ability to cross sell our complimentary services to elevate our client’s experience.
- Navigating our CRM system to ensure it reflects the landscape of your client interactions and opportunities.
Administrative tasks
- Keeping an eye on all issued removal and shipping quotes, skillfully following up with potential clients to ensure no opportunity is left adrift.
- Keeping our company databases neat and tidy, reflecting accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
Team collaboration
- Supporting our Trade Managers by offering solutions and briefing them on any departmental developments.
- Embracing the role of a team player by providing additional administrative support to team members and senior management.
